Just to say hello

I don't really have much to say tonight. The wars have been raging in my life and I'm tired. But I wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you.

I'm glad that summer is nearly here. Peaches, plums, apricots, berries, melon...such a wonderful break from apples, bananas, pears, oranges.

The rhodies and azaleas are sublime in shades from subtle to garish.

If only the sun would be in regular attendance. That won't happen for another 6 weeks.

But that's OK—I've got you, and the rhodies, and the girls...and that's all the color I need until then, anyway.
