After a whole 2" of very wet snow fell last night, and the temp never got much below freezing, the school district, in their (cover-my-butt) wisdom decided to do delayed start today...which means no school for K1.0.
A shout out to the district:
"Buy some chains, get some "bus nuts" and get on the road!"

you'bet'cha!!! where I'm from, quantities of snow barely rate a delay, let alone anothe rday off .. was gonna kill all, but then I decided to make them do the house cleaning, and the grocery shopping. Ah, the wonders of grown kids ...
